Hi! We can't always answer all questions via Instagram or social media individually, however you can gain an answer from our FAQ.

Below FAQ are some common concerns before purchasing from our online store, if you have other questions that is not listed below, please just send it to hello@audellaboutique.com

Q: When are you guys shippping my order?

A: OUR CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME IS up to 12 BUSINESS DAYS | that means that your order will ship about 12 BUSINESS DAYS after you order.  PLEASE NOTE | OUR CUSTOM DENIM IS NOT  PRE-MADE AND IS CUT,  HAND DISTRESSED TO ORDER. However, if you need your order right away, select RUSH MY ORDER option at checkout. By selecting this option it will allow your order to be shipped and processed within 2 to 3 business days instead of 15! 

Q: Do you guys offer custom request for  denim?

A: Yes, we sure do! Simply send us an email, along with your inspo photo of a pair of jeans or shorts you would like us to recreate! We'll respond to to with a quote within 24 hours. Send all custom requests inquiries to custom@audellaboutique.com.

Q:  WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

A: The item(s) that you ordered may no longer be available. If an item in your order is unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items they will be shipped to you without the unavailable item.

Q:  MAY I CANCELLED/MODIFY AN ORDER ?

A: Cancel, no. Modify, yes. To modify your order, message us at hello@audellaboutique.com. 

 Q: WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

A: As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. 

Q:  WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT?

A: We're so sorry for the inconvenience! Please send us an email with your order number to hello@audellaboutique.com and include a picture of the damaged or wrong product. We’ll make sure to look after you! 

Q:  DO YOU GUYS PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING THE HOLIDAYS/WEEKENDS?

A:  No! We are closed and we will get back to your questions, emails & inquires during the regular scheduled hours.

 Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm EST.

 EXCLUDING Holidays if that Holiday falls on Monday - Friday
