Audella Boutique understands that ordering online is not easy. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. Due to the nature of vintage , we only offer returns for exchanges ONLY. We are happy to exchange your item for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.
- You may exchange an eligible order for a different item, size or store credit.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges are to be made within 4 business days from the date package was received. If you wish to exchange an item we will issue you store credit that can be used towards the website at any time. Once we receive your exchange item at our retun center, please allow 5 business days for the exchange to be processed and completed.
- Please send exchange items to the address listed below. The items MUST BE in their original packaging and unworn. If the order is NOT returned in its original state, your exchange WILL NOT be honored.

- The online warehouse is not open during weekends, we only fulfill and and answer emails during business hours.
- Must email firstname.lastname@example.org for return approval.
- Please include your order number in the initial email.
- Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn.
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.audellaboutique.com
- Store Credit is Non-Transferable.
- Store Credit will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item.
- Maintain track of your return parcel.
- Maintaining track of status is the responsibility of the customer.
- Store Credit does not expire.
Any packages that is returned to our company the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again. We will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit from the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee) NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!
Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
In these situations we will be able to resend the item back to you, but only if you cover the shipping costs.
This happens because we value the working time, shipping expenses and other resources that we have invested when dispatching the first item to you.
